As much as I dislike the gas station attached, the Dunkin Donuts is always fast and efficient. The staff is very friendly and whenever I order food, it is always hot. Between DD patrons and gas station patrons, they are able to corral rowdy crowds and get their customers in and out quickly. I have been to other Dunkin Donuts locations that would literally have one person in line and it still takes over 15 minutes to get what I have ordered. I am very happy that there is a Dunkin Donuts here.

Some of the employees are nice but one young man was very rude!!! They also (((never open the store on time))) and never have tea tht I like. If by chance they do open on time they aren't ready to serve anyone!! Unfortunate because Lake shore drive is near, and I hop on to go to wrk. Now I'll just start getting my tea dwn twn! Definitely wld be nice if the people in the neighborhood cld get just as good service as you wld get anywhere else!

The absolute Worst! I literally never have a good experience and I'm constantly trying because of the convient location but the customer service is terrible. They give dunking donuts a bad name. I beg the franchise to shut down I called the corporate office and reported the employee with the dreads I cannot continue to allow such disrespectful, condescending attitudes to customers. I've experienced it first hand several times and witnessed him berate other customers, one bad apple does ruin the bunch. Throw the whole store away and start over

Disgustingly dirty BP station with Dunkin' Donuts inside. If they can't keep the regular convenience store clean, there's no way they are keeping the donuts free of filth.

Very Poor communication between the staff and customers. Placing an order shouldn't be so difficult when it's a Dunkin' Donuts. I don't recommend this location
